Formation through Spiritual Disciplines
We are not called to be simply hearers of the word but doers of the word (James 1:22). Orthopraxy (practices) shapes and sustains our orthodoxy (beliefs).
Join along in a series of conversations exploring the practices of Jesus. Spiritual disciplines confront how culture has formed us and create the opportunity for repentance and transformation. Spiritual disciplines serve as both formative and counter-formative practices. As disciples of Jesus, we are taught about his kingdom, and spiritual disciplines become the way we put activity to the transformative Kingdom of God.
